1. Overview The 20-minute consultation is designed to give families the opportunity to explore our Music Program services before committing to any ongoing sessions. It allows us to understand your school's needs and discuss how we may be able to help. 2. Eligibility The consultation is available to new Schools only. The school must fall within the early years age group (typically 3–11years), unless otherwise agreed. 3. What to Expect The consultation lasts up to 20 minutes and takes place via phone. It is an informal, no-obligation conversation. No assessment, diagnosis, or therapeutic intervention is provided during this session. Following the consultation, you will receive a brief summary and any recommended next steps, if applicable. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments without notice may result in the consultation offer being withdrawn. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will provide as much notice as possible. 5. Confidentiality All information shared during the consultation will be treated in line with our confidentiality and data protection policy. Notes taken during the consultation will be stored securely and not shared with any third parties without your explicit consent. 6. No Obligation There is no obligation to proceed with services after the consultation. Acceptance into the service will depend on availability, suitability, and agreement on support terms. 7. Agreement By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
