About ROKIL & Our Approach

Family & Community Programs

Child Questioning Interaction

What is ROKIL?

ROKIL is a Specialist Music and Developmental Support Provider dedicated to fostering the full potential of children under 14. We use high-quality, arts-based methods—primarily music and rhythm—alongside specialist tutoring and coaching to support a child's holistic cognitive, emotional, and social growth.

Who does ROKIL work with?

We work directly with three key groups:

  • Families: Offering specialist 1-to-1 tutoring, play-based support, community group sessions, and parent coaching.

  • Primary Schools: Delivering integrated, curriculum-aligned music and arts enrichment programs.

  • Member Clubs & Organisations: Providing bespoke, contracted music and developmental workshops.

Why focus on music and arts for early development?

Engaging with music significantly boosts brain function and development. It improves concentration, fine motor skills, language acquisition, and emotional regulation—all vital foundations for academic success and social confidence in young children.

Are your sessions only for children with specific developmental needs?

Not at all! Our programs are designed for every child. Whether your child is neurotypical, mainstream, or navigating unique developmental needs, our neuro-affirming, zero-pressure spaces are built to help everyone build confidence, connect, and thrive.

School & Partner Programs

How do you deliver your programs in schools?

We partner with primary schools to deliver curriculum-aligned music programs within the school setting. These programs are designed to be high-quality and inclusive, providing enrichment opportunities for all pupils.

What type of programs do you offer for community or member clubs?

We offer bespoke, contractual music and developmental workshops tailored to the club's specific needs. These are engaging, group-based sessions that extend learning and creativity in a fun, out-of-school environment.

How much do ROKIL's partner programs cost?

Our program fees are customized to ensure your setting gets the best value and most effective service. Pricing depends on several key factors, including the location of your setting, the size of the classes, and the duration of the program commitment. Please contact us to book a consultation call so we can develop a pricing structure that perfectly fits your budget.

What group sessions do you offer for families?

We currently offer inclusive, engaging group sessions designed to foster social connection and emotional regulation:

  • Inclusive Rhythms (Ages 3-9): A Saturday morning club focused on child-led rhythm, movement, and instrument play to find calm and belonging.

  • Rokil Sound & Play (Early Years): A joyful, music-filled social space where toddlers and young children can explore instruments, stories, and rhythm together.

  • Home-Ed Small Groups: Creative, interactive curriculum spaces (like fun debates and book projects) blending life skills with connection.

How do pricing and bookings work for community sessions?

To guarantee your child's space in our ongoing community groups like Inclusive Rhythms, we offer a 4-session Flexi-Pass which can be securely booked online. If you are new to ROKIL, we also offer 1-session introductory Free Trials so your child can experience the environment first.

What does Private 1-to-1 Support cover?

Our 1-to-1 support is highly specialized, offering bespoke developmental guidance across two key areas:

  • Holistic Growth & Play-Based Support: Tailored, low-demand sessions focusing on your child's individual cognitive growth, focus, and confidence in a calm environment.

  • Academic Readiness: Dedicated home tutoring for children seeking entry to independent schools. We provide targeted support in Literacy and Numeracy, coaching in verbal/non-verbal reasoning, and practice with specific entrance assessment formats to build strategic test-taking skills.

What is Parent Coaching?

Parent coaching provides one-on-one support for parents who want expert guidance to better understand and proactively support their child's unique developmental journey, learning needs, and emotional regulation at home.

Do you offer financial support or alternative payment options?

We firmly believe that every child deserves access to high-quality developmental support. For our inclusive community programs, we offer a dedicated referral scheme to assist families who may be facing financial barriers. We are also actively working alongside local schools to help eligible families access our services through specific educational funding streams. If the cost of sessions is a concern, please reach out to us directly in complete confidence—we are always happy to discuss options and find a solution that works for your family.
