Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payment Full payment of £16 per child is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Due to strict capacity limits designed to maintain a calming, neuro-inclusive environment, spaces are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Cancellations & Refunds To protect the viability of our small group sizes, all bookings are non-refundable. If your child cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another home-educated child. Please notify us of the new attendee’s name and age at least 24 hours before the session. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a session, a full refund or an alternative date will be provided immediately. 3. Neurodiversity, Medical & SEN Needs We pride ourselves on being trauma-informed and fully neuro-inclusive. To help us best support your child, parents must disclose any severe allergies, medical conditions, or specific sensory/behavioral needs prior to the session. All data is kept strictly confidential. 4. Health, Safety & Messy Play Our sessions prioritize hands-on, tactile, and sensory learning. Please ensure children wear appropriate clothing that you do not mind getting dirty or stained! Rokil provides all materials but accepts no liability for damaged clothing or personal items. 5. Supervision Parents/Carers must ensure we have an up-to-date emergency contact number and must remain easily contactable for the duration of the workshop. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
