Please review the following booking terms to help us maintain a smooth and respectful process for all. 1. Booking Sessions All coaching sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system. You will have access to this through contacting us. Once your session is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details, including time, format (e.g. online or phone), and any pre-session information. 2. Session Duration & Format Sessions typically last for 60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed. Coaching is delivered online (via Google Meet or similar platform) unless a different arrangement is made in advance. 3. Payments Payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your session. We accept payments via our online booking or bank transfer. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. In case of unexpected circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate. 5. Missed Sessions If you miss your session without prior notice, it will be marked as a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. If you are running late, we will hold the session for up to 15 minutes. After this, the session will be considered missed. 6. Confidentiality All discussions during coaching sessions are confidential and treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Notes or observations shared by the coach are for your personal use and will not be shared without your written consent. 7. Changes & Amendments Rokil reserves the right to amend this policy with appropriate notice. Any updates will be reflected on our website.
