We know the after-school "mask drop" is hard. Inclusive Rhythms is a psychology-led developmental intervention disguised as musical play, designed specifically for children with Autism, ADHD, and Sensory Processing needs. What to Expect: The "After-School Reset": We use therapeutic rhythm to physically calm the nervous system and reduce anxiety. Social Confidence: A safe space to practice turn-taking and making friends without the pressure of typical social settings. Led By: Sessions are run by Carla, our MSc Specialist in Child Mental Health & Educational Psychology. Carla understands sensory overload, knows how to gently navigate separation anxiety, and never judges a meltdown. The Details: Format: 60-Minute Independent Drop-Off (Strictly capped, low-ratio groups). Cost: £120 for a 6-week block (£20/session). Why this price? The clinical value is £60/session, but we have secured National Lottery funding to subsidise 66% of your cost. (Fully funded referral spaces available for families needing financial support). Our "No-Pressure" Guarantee Worried your child won't settle? We get it. If they struggle in the first 2 sessions with Carla, we offer a flexible refund or credit policy. Zero pressure on you, zero pressure on them.

Terms & Conditions

1. Programme & Staffing: Inclusive Rhythms is a therapeutic skills-building programme (not clinical music therapy). Sessions are led by Carla (MSc Specialist) and our trained facilitation team to ensure high support. 2. Booking & Guarantee: Enrolment is for a fixed 6-week cohort. Full payment and a completed medical/needs form secure your space. Our Guarantee: If your child struggles to settle within the first 2 sessions, we offer a flexible pro-rata refund/credit. 3. Drop-off & Personal Care: Independent drop-off is advised to build your child's confidence, but parents are very welcome to stay in our downstairs waiting area. Staff do not provide personal care; if your child requires toileting support, a parent/guardian must remain on-site. 4. Cancellation & Attendance: 7 days' written notice prior to the first session is required for a full refund. Due to strictly capped ratios and National Lottery funding, missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable. If Rokil cancels a session, we will reschedule or issue a pro-rata refund. 5. Behaviour: We provide a neuro-affirming space and never judge a meltdown. However, if behaviour consistently compromises the physical safety of the group, we will work collaboratively with you to review if this setting is the right fit at this time. 6. Liability & Media: Guardians must safely disclose all SEND/medical needs upon booking. Rokil is not liable for injury/loss except where caused by proven negligence. We occasionally capture media for funding reports; you may easily opt out on your booking form. All data is GDPR compliant. 7. Contact: info@rokilcic.com
