A Cool, Calming Music Space to Reset and Recharge We know the after-school "mask drop" and weekend overwhelm can be tough. That’s exactly why we created Inclusive Rhythms. Designed specifically for children with Autism, ADHD, and Sensory Processing needs, this is a welcoming, low-pressure space where your child can just be themselves. What to Expect: • The "Reset": Whether it's after a long school day or a busy weekend, we use the mesmerizing sounds of specialist instruments like the handpan and tongue drum to create a natural chill-out zone. It’s a fun, musical way to help kids process their day, shake off anxiety, and find their calm. • Social Confidence: This is a safe, completely judgment-free space to make friends and practice playing together, without the heavy expectations of typical social settings or clubs. • An Expert Team: Run by Carla (MSc Specialist in Child Mental Health) alongside our fantastic team with professional backgrounds in well-being and music. We completely understand sensory overload and we never judge a meltdown. (For your total peace of mind: our entire team is fully DBS-checked and First Aid trained). The Details: Term 2 • When: Wednesdays and Saturdays (Term 2 begins the week of April 15th). • Format: 60-Minute supported Independent Drop-Off. We strictly cap our group sizes to keep the environment peaceful and supportive. • The Cost: £120 for a 6-week block (£20/session).
