Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions before attending the program: 1. Booking and Capacity As a community-focused initiative, this program is made accessible to all children aged 3-9 via our library partners. Places must be reserved in advance to guarantee your participation. Preferred Booking (Highly Recommended): We strongly advise you to book your session in advance via website to guarantee entry and secure your child's place. Walk-In Policy (Capacity Risk): Walk-ins are permitted. However, attendance is strictly limited by the venue's health and safety capacity. If the session has reached its capacity limit via online bookings and early arrivals, we will unfortunately be unable to admit any further walk-ins. Attendance Limit: Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Supervision and Safety Parent/Guardian Attendance: A responsible adult (parent or guardian) must remain present with their enrolled child(ren) for the entire duration of the 45-minute session. Rokil staff are responsible for the session content, not for child supervision. Instrument Handling: Children must handle the provided instruments with care. Any damage caused by intentional misuse may be subject to a replacement fee. Health and Illness: Please do not attend the session if your child or a supervising adult is showing symptoms of a contagious illness. 3. Photography and Media Consent Media Use: Rokil periodically captures photographs and/or video footage during sessions for use in promoting the program (e.g., website, social media, printed materials, and library communications). Opt-Out: By attending, you grant consent for you and your child to be included in general group photographs/videos. If you wish to specifically withhold consent for your child to be photographed or recorded, you must inform the session leader upon arrival. We will make every effort to respect your privacy request. 4. General Timeliness: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the 10:15 AM start time. Late arrivals may be disruptive and, if the session is full, may not be admitted. Cancellation: Rokil reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness). If a cancellation occurs, we will endeavour to inform all booked attendees via email as soon as possible. By booking or walking in to the session, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
