Avenir Light is a clean and stylish font favored by designers. It's easy on the eyes and a great go-to font for titles, paragraphs & more.

Carla's Tactical Check-In

Do you measure your child's social success by how many friends they have or how outgoing they act at parties? Aiming for the "life of the party" sets an anxious child up for failure. Shift the goal post to depth, not width. Today, instead of sending them into a chaotic group setting, organize a highly structured 1-on-1 playdate with a clear beginning, a specific shared activity, and a defined end time. Structure provides the predictability an anxious brain needs to feel safe enough to connect.
