School Intervention Program

Therapeutic Music Strategies for Regulation, Resilience & Reintegration
Support your most vulnerable students with a targeted intervention designed to reduce the risk of exclusion. We use therapeutic music strategies to tackle anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and classroom disruption. This program builds the resilience and focus needed for children with complex mental health needs or cognitive delays to finally access academic learning.

From Disruption to Focus
Many students struggle to access the curriculum not because they lack ability, but because they lack regulation. Our program bridges the gap between the therapeutic space and the classroom. We do not just "teach music"; we use rhythm, sound, and non-verbal communication as neurological tools to regulate the nervous system.
We support students facing:
-
High levels of anxiety or school refusal.
-
Emotional dysregulation and "fight or flight" responses.
-
Difficulties with impulse control or social interaction.
-
Risk of fixed-term or permanent exclusion.

The Intervention Pathway
Our programs are flexible to meet your school's needs, starting with a mandatory foundation block to establish safety and trust.
1. The Foundation Block (Weeks 1–6)
Minimum commitment for all new schools.
-
Focus: Stabilization & Trust.
-
The Goal: We move students from a state of hyper-arousal to a state of calm receptivity. Students learn to associate the learning environment with safety rather than stress.
-
The Outcome: Reduced anxiety, established rapport with the specialist, and early signs of co-regulation.
2. The Growth Phase (Ongoing / Termly)
Recommended for sustained impact.
-
Focus: Skills Integration & Resilience.
-
The Goal: Once safety is established, we introduce structured musical tasks that require turn-taking, frustration tolerance, and teamwork.
-
The Outcome: Students build a "toolkit" for self-regulation, improved focus stamina, and the resilience to handle academic pressure in the classroom.
