All Services

Following the success of our pilot cohorts, Rokil returns with our enhanced specialist program. This is not a music class. It is a structured, psychology-led developmental intervention designed exclusively for neurodiverse children (Ages 3-5). The Specialist Advantage: Your child will be guided by an MSc Specialist in Child Mental Health & Educational Psychology (BSc). We move beyond standard "play," using clinical principles and therapeutic rhythm to support regulation, turn-taking, and social confidence. The 2026 Enhanced Programme: • Refined Curriculum: Building on our proven framework to maximise social outcomes. • Targeted Support: Specifically designed for Autism, ADHD, and Sensory Processing needs. • Low Ratios: Strictly capped groups to ensure individual attention. • Focus: Early Intervention, Sensory Regulation & Social Communication • Format: 45 Minuets INVESTMENT: • Course Value: £270 (Clinical standard rate of £45/session). • Your Subsidised Rate: £90 (6-week block / £15 per session). • Note: The National Lottery Community Fund subsidizes 66% of the cost, making this clinical-level support financially accessible to families who need it. FUNDED SCHOLARSHIPS: We are committed to accessibility. A limited number of Fully Funded Scholarship Places are reserved for children with high needs. • How to access: Please ask your School SENCO, GP, or Social Worker to contact us directly to request a referral form. Spaces are strictly limited. "We understand neurodiversity. If your child struggles to settle in the first 2 sessions, we offer a flexible refund policy/credit for future terms."

Terms & Conditions

1. Programme Overview Inclusive Rhythms is a specialist developmental intervention for neurodiverse children, led by an MSc Consultant in Child Mental Health & Psychology. Please note: This is a therapeutic skills-building programme using rhythm and play psychology; it is not a clinical music therapy service. 2. Registration & Payment Enrolment is for a fixed 6-week cohort to ensure therapeutic consistency. Full payment (at the subsidised rate) and a completed booking form—detailing all medical and behavioural needs—are required to secure your space. 3. Cancellation Policy Withdrawal: Written notice is required 7 days prior to the first session for a refund. As places are limited and subsidised by TNL, late cancellations prevent other families from accessing support and are non-refundable. Provider Cancellation: If we must cancel (e.g., staff illness), we will attempt to reschedule. If not possible, a pro-rata refund will be issued. 4. Attendance Consistent attendance is vital for the group dynamic and your child's progress. Please notify us of absences. Due to strict specialist-to-child ratios, missed sessions cannot be refunded or carried over. 5. Safety & Personal Care Collection: Children must be dropped off/collected promptly by an authorised adult. Toileting: Staff do not provide personal care. If your child requires toileting support, a parent/guardian must remain on-site. Behaviour: We operate a supportive, neuro-affirming space. However, if behaviour consistently compromises the safety of the group, we reserve the right to review the child’s participation. 6. Medical & Liability Guardians must disclose all allergies, medications, or SEND needs on booking. Rokil CIC is not liable for personal injury or property loss, except where caused by our proven negligence. 7. Media & Data We may capture media for funding reports or promotion. To opt-out, please indicate this on your booking form. All data is processed securely in accordance with GDPR. 8. Contact For questions or to report an absence: info@rokilcic.com
