Inclusive Rhythms is a beautifully calm, welcoming space designed especially for neurodivergent little ones, those with sensory sensitivities, or any child who experiences big feelings. (Absolutely no formal diagnosis is required to join our warm community!) We know that for families with neurodivergent children, life can be unpredictable. That’s why we’ve moved away from rigid school-term blocks. As a Saturday Club, we offer a permanent home for rhythm and connection that fits your schedule. No "falling behind," no missed curriculum—just a welcoming space that is ready when you are. The Experience Imagine spending 45 minutes immersed in the soothing sounds of specialist instruments like the handpan and tongue drum. These unique instruments create a captivating atmosphere that naturally draws children in, sparks their curiosity, and helps them feel grounded. It’s a wonderful opportunity for you and your little one to bond and explore rhythm at a gentle, child-led pace. An Expert Team, Zero Judgment Our sessions are lovingly guided by Carla, our resident child development expert (MSc in Early Intervention and Child Mental Health), alongside a hand-picked support team. We don’t run this like a therapy clinic—it’s a club! However, you get the peace of mind knowing our team brings extensive professional backgrounds in child well-being and neurodiversity. Every team member is fully DBS checked and First Aid trained. The Details When: Every Saturday morning (10:00am-10:45am) Format: 45-Minute Parent & Child "Stay & Play" Rhythm Session. The Investment: We believe in specialist support that is accessible. While the true value is £45/session, we subsidize the cost by 66% thanks to National Lottery funding. Choose Your Way to Pay: The 6-Session Flexi-Pass: £52 (Just £13 per session). Valid for 12 weeks—use your credits whenever you can make it! Terms & Conditions
1. Programme & Staffing: Inclusive Rhythms is a therapeutic skills-building club (not clinical music therapy). Sessions are led by Carla (MSc Specialist) and our trained facilitation team to ensure a high-support, zero-judgment environment. 2. Flexi-Pass & Booking: Booking via a 4-session Flexi-Pass (valid 12 weeks) or Single Drop-in. Full payment and a completed needs form secure your space. Pre-booking each Saturday is essential as ratios are strictly capped to ensure a peaceful environment. 3. Format & Personal Care: This is a Parent & Child session to support co-regulation, though independent play is encouraged as confidence grows. Please note: Staff do not provide personal care. If your child is not toilet-trained, a parent/guardian must remain on-site at all times. 4. Compassionate Cancellations: We know "bad mornings" happen. If you can't make it, please text us as soon as possible. While we can't always refund very late cancellations due to staff costs, we offer one "Grace Credit" per pass for short-notice absences, allowing you to rebook without charge. 5. Behaviour: We provide a neuro-affirming space. Stimming, hand-flapping, and meltdowns are expected and never judged. However, if behaviour consistently compromises the physical safety of the group, we will work collaboratively with you to review the best way to support your child. 6. Liability & Media: Guardians must disclose all SEND/medical needs upon booking (no formal diagnosis required). Rokil is not liable for injury/loss except where caused by proven negligence. We occasionally capture media for funding reports; you may easily opt out on your booking form. Data is GDPR compliant. 7. Settle-In Guarantee: If your little one struggles to settle within your first 2 visits, we offer a flexible pro-rata refund on the remainder of your Flexi-Pass. We are here to support your journey.
