Please read these terms carefully before booking: 1. Online Bookings, Payments & Capacity Mandatory Online Reservation: Rokil Sound & Play requires advanced online booking. Every child's space must be reserved in advance via www.rokilcic.com to guarantee entry. Flexible Payment Options: You can choose to pay securely online when making your reservation, or pay in person upon arrival at the session. Strict Capacity Limits: Spaces are strictly capped to maintain a safe environment and protect our low staff-to-child ratio. Entry is permitted only to families with a confirmed online booking. 2. Supervision & Safety Parent/Guardian Responsibility: A responsible adult must remain present with their child for the entire 45-minute session. Rokil staff facilitate the content; they are not responsible for childcare or child supervision. Instrument Handling: Children must handle instruments and sensory resources with care. Any damage caused to equipment by intentional misuse may be subject to a replacement fee. Health & Illness: To protect our community, please do not attend if your child or the supervising adult shows active symptoms of a contagious illness. 3. Photography & Media Consent Media Use: Rokil periodically takes photos or short videos during sessions for promotional use (website updates, social media, and printed marketing materials). Opt-Out: By completing an online booking, you grant consent for inclusion in general group footage. To withhold consent, you must explicitly inform the session leader upon arrival, and we will gladly respect your privacy. 4. Arrival, Cancellations & Refunds Timeliness: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow your child a smooth, stress-free settling-in period. Cancellations by Rokil: If we cancel a session due to unforeseen events (e.g., staff illness or venue issues), you will be notified via email and issued a full refund (if paid online) or session credit. Cancellations by You: Because spaces are highly limited, online payments are non-refundable for missed sessions. If you choose the "pay in person" option, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend so we can release the held space to another family. By booking online and attending a session, you explicitly agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
