Perhaps they haven't been formally diagnosed with a learning difference, but you see clear signs of neurodiversity: struggling to focus, extreme perfectionism, sensory overwhelm, or learning-based anxiety. Mainstream tutoring often makes this worse by adding more academic pressure to an already exhausted child. How We Help: We provide bespoke, neuro-affirming educational support that looks completely different from standard tutoring. Backed by deep expertise in cognitive science and child psychology, we use a "low-demand" approach. We strip away the pressure and use your child's special interests and natural learning style to re-engage their brain. No formal diagnosis is required to work with us. We support the child in front of us, exactly as they are. Our primary goal is to rebuild their academic confidence, reduce school-related anxiety, and help them discover that learning can actually feel safe and successful. Format: Flexible to protect your child's energy levels. Choose from 30 to 45-minute Online Sessions (ideal for shorter attention spans and lower anxiety) or 60-minute In-Person Sessions (enquire for location availability). Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services Rokil provides private 1:1 developmental and academic support. Services are delivered via two pathways: (a) 12-Week Programs: Recurring in-person or hybrid sessions aligned with school terms. (b) Online Express Services: Ad-hoc 30-minute virtual sessions. These terms apply to all bookings. 2. Bookings & Payments 12-Week Programs: Fees are invoiced termly or monthly in advance. Payment secures your dedicated weekly slot for the duration of the term. Online Services: Must be booked and paid for in full at the time of scheduling via the website. Late payments may result in the immediate suspension of services. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Consistency is vital to the Rokil methodology. Client Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are charged at the full session rate. For 12-Week Programs, we offer a maximum of one "make-up" session per term for timely cancellations, subject to availability. Provider Cancellations: In the unlikely event Rokil must cancel, the session will be rescheduled or a credit applied. 4. Technology & Environment (Online) Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection. Sessions cut short due to client technical issues are billable. For students under 16, a responsible adult must be present at the location (though not necessarily in the room) during online sessions for safeguarding purposes. 5. Disclaimer & Liability Rokil services are rooted in Behavioral Science and NDBI principles but are strictly educational and developmental coaching services, not clinical or medical therapy. We do not provide medical diagnoses. While we utilize data-driven strategies to support progress, specific outcomes (e.g., exam acceptance, total behavioral resolution) cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on the child’s unique profile and wider environment. 6. Confidentiality All client information, including developmental reports and consultation notes, is held in strict confidence in accordance with Data Protection laws. We will not share your child's data with schools or third parties without your written consent.
